Serial killer Earthquakes keeps hitting Indonesian Islands Thursday 25 September, a new earthquake hit Indonesia. It was located on the little isolated island of Maluku, a province in the east of Indonesia. 20 people died during this natural disaster. The epicenter of the 6.5-magnitude earthquake was about 30 kilometers from Ambon, the capital of Maluku Province. Indonesian scientists said the earthquake was detected around 8h45 a.m. on local time. This hasn't been declared a tsunami but it has been described as a "strong" quake. The town which has been hit by this earthquake was Ambon, the capital of Maluku province, a city of 300,000 people. More than 100 people were injured by the quake and more than 2000 have been displaced from their home.
